What a way to start the day!

Today I started my day riding with the no helmet/no spandex girls. What a treat!

My DH saw them on the road the other day and mentioned to them that I had noticed them.

Last night when I got home, there was an invitation on my answering machine to join them.

I AM in the cool group now!

Seriously. It was a pleasant time. I only logged 4 miles. I don't know how far they went.

I had to remind myself that I hadn't been on a bike in 30 years. (That's scary)

And I've NEVER been on a bike quite like this one!

So unless I wanted to pay for it big time tomorrow, moderation was the key.

Life is good.
