What's Supposed to Be

Birthdays are supposed to be these marvelous, wonderful days when all the world seems right. Sometimes though, they are not. When they are not, then in the name of transparency, and keeping it real, how much do you share? None, because you want people think your life is all hunky-dory? Or do you dump it all, and hope for the best? Maybe you just sit with your Father, let His peace wash over you, because you know it's not over, and the road will be long, so you rest when you can. Just maybe He has provided you with a small few, who regardless of the content, will let you share what you need to and help pick up the pieces later. Ears that listen and don't judge, and that hear God when your very own brain is screaming really loud. Jesus ministered to the 500, He did life with the 12, and shared His deepest heart with the 3. So, I can do the same. Thank you God, you always provide, even before we know we need it.
